1. What you are buying
IraqBazar sources products from UK stores and delivers them across Iraq. The price shown is a delivered estimate for your governorate. It includes the goods, UK freight, customs and last-mile delivery. We confirm the final weight and delivered total at our UK hub before asking you to approve.
2. Approval and payment
No payment is taken when you place an order. When your item reaches our UK hub we send photos and the final delivered total. You may reject the item, in which case you are not charged, or approve it.
Approval starts payment. The default is cash collected on approval. Cash on delivery is available only when our team enables it for your order. Iraqi wallet payments are coming soon. Once you approve and pay, the sale is final.
3. Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch on the Wednesday after approval and payment clears. Delivery is typically 2–3 weeks after dispatch. Customs or carrier delays can extend this; your order page shows the latest estimate we have.
4. Rejected items, returns and refunds
You can reject an item before approving it. Rejected items stay in the UK and are never charged. Once an item is approved, the sale is final: we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds after approval. If cash is not collected, we may cancel the item and release it.
